Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisory Management and Program Analyst to join our team at the Department of the Treasury. As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects and programs.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks and projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and other external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to data security and privacy.
  • Provide regular progress reports to management, highlighting successes and challenges.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience in a supervisory or management role, with a focus on program management and analysis.
  • Experience in managing and supervising a team of analysts, with a focus on providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with project management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
