- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of employment.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of speech and language development in children.
