Responsibilities:- Assess and prioritize patients based on the severity of their condition
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient vital signs, medications, and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Active RN license
- 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications may be required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
