Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Caregiver to join our team at Homewatch CareGivers of Tacoma. As a Certified Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality in-home care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Engage clients in social activities and outings to promote mental and emotional well-being
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the care team
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
Requirements
  • Certification in home health aide or personal care assistant
  • Experience working in a home care setting or skilled facility
  • Ability to pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, and TB and drug screening tests
  • Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
