Join Our Team as a Powder Coater

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing parts for coating, operating coating equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare parts for coating using established methods.
  • Operate coating equipment, including guns, hoppers, and booth collection systems.
  • Monitor equipment and gauges to identify defects.
  • Bake parts at specified temperatures.
  • Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for a secure work environment.
  • Maintain equipment through proper cleaning and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet quality and on-time performance goals.
  • Address discrepancies, solve problems, and implement solutions effectively.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adherence to safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and persistence.
  • Visual examination skills to ensure finished parts meet specifications.
  • Sense of urgency and efficiency in tasks.
  • Positive team player with a 'can-do' attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good judgment, discretion, and ability to meet attendance standards.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate required.
  • Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a related field.
