Key Responsibilities- Counseling and Coaching: Provide one-on-one counseling and coaching to students to help them explore their career options and develop a plan to achieve their goals.
- Program Development: Develop and implement programs to promote career development and life calling among students, including workshops, presentations, and other events.
- Marketing and Outreach: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote career development and life calling services to students, including social media, email, and other channels.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with other departments and organizations on campus to promote career development and life calling, including the development of partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of career development and life calling programs and services.
- Master's Degree: A master's degree in a related field, such as counseling, education, or career development.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in career development, counseling, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
