Job Title: Clinical Director

At JAG Physical Therapy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our outpatient clinic team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of physical therapists and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of our patients and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state-specific laws and regulations.
  • Manage clinic budgets, including labor, supplies, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and grow our business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our clinic remains competitive and provides the highest level of care to our patients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., physical therapy, healthcare administration).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
