Job Summary:The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) will provide professional nursing care to patients with various types of cancer and blood disorders. You will work closely with our healthcare team to assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Facilitate clinical operations and patient care
- Manage patient medication refill requests and record information in patient charts
- Facilitate and schedule consultations, pre-testing, diagnostic tests, or procedures, referrals, and future appointments
- Triage patient phone calls and document relevant information in patient charts
- Act as a resource to LPN/LVNs and medical assistants
- Graduate from an accredited program for professional nursing education, BSN preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Current RN state license with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state
