Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Rifle, CO. This full-time position will involve providing occupational therapy services across the district, supporting students' educational and developmental needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in various educational settings.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal setting.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • State of Colorado License with an endorsement as a School Occupational Therapist or ability to obtain within the first 60 days of employment.
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
