Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join their team for a 13-week assignment in Marquette, Michigan.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work with our team. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, interpreting images, and providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using various modalities, including 2D, 3D, and Doppler imaging.
  • Interpret ultrasound images and provide accurate diagnoses to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including preparing patients for procedures, explaining procedures, and providing post-procedure care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and radiologic technologists, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and diagnoses.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
  • Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) or equivalent.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
