Restoration Specialist

As a Restoration Technician at Voda Cleaning & Restoration of North Salt Lake City, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional restoration services to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company's obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.

• Perform all restoration services, including carpet cleaning, to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Maintain and perform basic equipment and vehicle maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets the company's standards.
• Complete daily logs, work orders, and restoration documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the company vehicle.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adequate math skills to apply learned techniques to determine equipment type and number of units.
• Basic proficiency in computer use, email, and portable devices for reporting and recording daily activity.
• Certification in performing appropriate services, such as water mitigation and mold remediation.
