Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant, utilizing expertise and compassion to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals to achieve treatment goals and promote patient well-being.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
- Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a CNA, preferably in a medical-surgical or telemetry setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
We are offering a highly competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Overtime pay at a rate of 1.5 times the regular hourly rate.
- Paid time off and holidays, plus paid travel days.
