Pegasus Knowledge Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing catalog items, workflows, and automation within our ServiceNow environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop catalog items, including workflows, user interfaces, and automation, to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective catalog solutions.
• Oversee the health and performance of the ServiceNow instance, ensuring optimal functionality and resolving issues related to catalog items, workflows, and instance performance.
• Perform testing and validation before major releases and instance upgrades.
• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators as required.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement within the instance and propose solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in developing catalog items, workflows, and automation within ServiceNow.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business units and communicate technical information effectively.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices and design principles.
