As a Branch Manager at White Cap, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales and operations professionals to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute sales strategies, manage inventory and accounts receivable, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Direct all sales and operations activities for a branch location
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Manage inventory and accounts receivable to ensure profitability
- Ensure operational excellence through process improvement and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Wholesale distribution experience
- Exposure to Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Ability to use computer systems and apply computer systems knowledge to manage day-to-day operations
This role requires a strong leader who can work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly. The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes is required. Overnight travel less than 10% of the time is expected.
