We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Mover - Junk Remover to join our team at College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving. As a Mover - Junk Remover, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, safely operating our equipment, and ensuring that our clients receive a stress-free moving or hauling experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Safely operate our equipment, including trucks and trailers, to transport and remove junk and other items.
• Conduct daily truck inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Price jobs aggressively, meeting and surpassing benchmarks.
• Lead by example, demonstrating our company's core values of Building Leaders, Always Branding, Listen Fulfill and Delight, and Creating a Fun Enthusiastic Team Environment.
• Help to train new hires on our day-to-day operations and core values.
• Complete daily checklists and prevent careless and costly mistakes.
• Check in regularly with direct supervisors for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time.
• Must enjoy hard work, world-class customer service, and helping others.
• Must want to be part of a growing organization and be excited about huge opportunities.
• Must be drug and alcohol free.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
