We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Contract Specialist to join our team in North America. As a key member of our Creative Analytics practice, you will be responsible for leading large-scale research projects from start to finish, managing budgets and timelines, and delivering high-quality results to our clients.

About the Role
  • You will have ownership and oversight of multi-market or complex research projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
  • With a creative and strategic mindset, you will design surveys, develop analytic plans, and tell compelling stories that impact our clients' businesses.
  • You will connect the dots across various data sources, including qualitative, secondary, and client data, to provide actionable insights.

Requirements
  • At least three years of experience in quantitative research and insights.
  • A degree or advanced degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, design thinking, market research, marketing, statistics, or other.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to translate research into business impact.
  • Prior hands-on survey research experience is a plus.
