Since our inception in 2005, we have built a reputation for excellence, serving both residential and commercial clients throughout the Raleigh and Triangle area.
ROLE SUMMARY: The Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for transporting, supervising, and inspiring team members on a daily basis. This role includes performing essential labor tasks such as loading and unloading materials, lifting, and moving equipment in various weather conditions. The primary focus is on the routine upkeep of both commercial and residential lawns, which includes mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Ability to regularly lift up to 70 pounds.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work under supervision.
- Capability to follow both oral and written instructions from supervisors.
- Proficient in safely operating all maintenance equipment.
- Effective management of daily team activities.
- Open communication with supervisors and team members.
- Ensuring availability of necessary resources and materials for daily tasks.
- Maintaining efficiency while adhering to safety and company standards.
- Professional interaction with customers, representing company values.
- Ability to navigate environmental risks (heat, cold, insects, etc.).
- Compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Immediate reporting of equipment issues to supervisors.
- Preparation of assigned equipment for daily use.
- Professional conduct at all times.
- Valid Driver's License.

EXPERIENCE: A minimum of one year of experience in a commercial landscaping environment is required. Previous experience in a leadership role is essential for this position.

Salary: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
