Parking Services Representative

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling cash transactions, counting revenue, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will also provide assistance to customers, answer phone calls, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treat each customer with respect and kindness, ensuring each interaction delivers on the SP+ Promise of making every moment matter.
  • Count bank of revenue at beginning of shift to ensure starting total is correct.
  • Collects cash and/or validations and maintains security of cash.
  • Makes change and issues receipts or tickets to customer for each transaction.
  • Computes or re-computes bill from ticket showing amount due per customer.
