Position Overview:
  • Greet and assist patrons in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders.
  • Work in tandem with kitchen personnel to ensure prompt order fulfillment.
  • Manage cash transactions and uphold the integrity of the cash drawer.
  • Ensure cleanliness in both public and kitchen areas.
Primary Duties:
  • Welcome customers and guide them through their orders.
  • Document and process customer requests in the system.
  • Relay customer orders to the kitchen staff.
  • Guarantee timely delivery of all orders to customers.
  • Handle cash payments and provide accurate change.
  • Reconcile the cash drawer at the start and conclusion of shifts.
  • Package food orders in suitable containers.
  • Address customer inquiries and log feedback.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
  • Support kitchen staff as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
