Store Manager in Training Opportunity

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Store Manager in Training. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our team of cookie enthusiasts and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and train a team of 2-5 team members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, including inventory management and scheduling.
  • Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions for new team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Store Ops Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or retail store.
  • Prior experience conducting in-person interviews of hourly support staff.
  • Prior Point of Sale (POS) systems experience.
  • Ability to utilize MS Office, Word, and our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ability to work a 4-5 day work week and 1-2 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have legal eligibility for employment in the United States.
