We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Crawford Memorial Hospital. As an RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' physical and psychosocial needs, developing personalized care plans that address these requirements
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Administer medications, manage IV lines, and monitor patient responses to treatment
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently, adhering to hospital policies and procedures
An Associate's degree in nursing and current IL RN licensure are essential for this position. We also require BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications within specified timeframes. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse is highly valued.
Compensation PackageThe estimated annual salary range for this role is $70,000 to $92,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our hospital offers a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
