Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their specific needs.
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to help them regain strength, mobility, and function.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico.
- Basic Life Support/CPR Certification.
- One year of direct patient care experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Demonstrated understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
- Leadership skills in delegating, organizing, and educating coworkers and staff.
