About the Role

We are currently hiring a Construction Laborer - Renewables to join our team at Primoris Services Corporation. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of renewable energy projects.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as measuring distance from grade stakes, driving stakes, stretching tight lines, and assisting in setting pumps and setting well-points. You will also be required to direct other laborers in dumping concrete into forms and erect shoring and braces as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Practice safety rules and follow verbal and written instructions.
  2. Measure distance from grade stakes and drive stakes as needed.
  3. Stretch tight lines and ensure that they are secure.
  4. Assist in setting pumps and setting well-points for various projects.
  5. Direct other laborers in dumping concrete into forms and erect shoring and braces as necessary.

Requirements

  • Entry-level 0-1 years of experience in a related field.
  • Able to stand or walk for long periods of time and work extended hours on your feet.
  • Must be clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator and other personal protective equipment when required.
