Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Flight Captain to join our team at Pedal Pub. As a Flight Captain, you will be responsible for leading groups of adults on pedal bike tours, ensuring their safety and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead groups of adults on pedal bike tours, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure the safety of all riders, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to rider needs and concerns
• Operate pedal bikes and other company vehicles, maintaining a high level of safety and efficiency
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on pedal bikes and other equipment
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to lift 70 lbs overhead without difficulty
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• 7-year driving history and background check from the Police Department
• Internet connection and a computer, mobile phone, and text-friendly
• Excellent verbal communication skills and public speaking experience
• Experience in the service industry (server, bartender, bouncer) is helpful
