About the Role:

Roxborough Memorial Hospital, a member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a skilled Diet Clerk to join our team. As a Diet Clerk, you will work under the direction of the dietitian to approve therapeutic menu selections and ensure accuracy and appropriate temperatures of patient trays.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections
  • Ensure accuracy and appropriate temperatures of patient trays

Qualifications:

  • AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred
  • One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred
  • County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current
