Dining Room Server Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Server to join our team at Maplewood at Weston LLC. As a Dining Room Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to residents and guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable, timely, and engaging.
  • Assist in the set-up, service, and cleaning of the dining room(s), ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless meal service.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our daily menu and be able to answer questions related to food preparation.
  • Maintain a tidy and clean snack area, ensuring residents have access to a variety of options.
  • Engage with tours and the sales team to provide a positive first impression.
  • Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with teammates and associates in other departments.
  • Complete monthly in-service education hours as required by state-specific regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with seniors and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience working in assisted living or long-term care settings preferred.
