**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at Concurrent Technologies Corporation. As a Data Scientist, you will design, develop, and support geospatial software applications, automate and review overhead imagery, and help develop and employ machine learning algorithms.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design and develop geospatial software applications
• Automate and review overhead imagery
• Develop and employ machine learning algorithms
• Work with natural language processing models and principles on large data sets
• Mentor teammates in applying data algorithms

**Basic Qualifications**

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Physical Science, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 4-6 years of related experience or a Master of Science degree with 2-4 years of experience
• Proficiency with machine learning programs
• Familiarity with natural language processing models and associated principles
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience in operationalizing artificial intelligence and machine learning
• Experience in software development, including Agile process model
• Experience in data visualization/dashboard tool, and presenting data through reports
• Experience with data lakes and unstructured data
• Experience with designing and implementing machine learning, data mining, statistics, or graph algorithms in an academic or professional environment
