Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Home Caregiver/CNA to join our team in the Wessington Springs area. As a Home Caregiver/CNA, you will provide essential services to our clients, including assistance with activities of daily living, transportation, and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with bathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Assist with ambulation and transfer of clients with or without adaptive equipment
  • Remind clients to take medications
  • Assist with housekeeping, transportation, and errands
  • Plan and prepare meals, assist with feeding, and assist with kitchen clean up
  • Provide socialization and companionship
  • Perform all other duties outlined in client care plans
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to physically perform the duties of the position
  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance required
