Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Early Childhood Educator to oversee classroom activities and implement our innovative curriculum. Position Overview:
As a Lead Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in managing classroom dynamics and ensuring the delivery of our literacy-based curriculum. You will have the creative freedom to design engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of your students. Collaboration with fellow educators, school administration, families, and the broader community is essential to creating a nurturing learning environment.
Employment Status: Full-Time
Duration: Year-Round (12 months), Monday - Friday
Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage classroom operations effectively.
- Implement and adapt the curriculum to meet the developmental needs of children.
- Foster a classroom environment that emphasizes the importance of both learning and play.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Adhere to all company and state-specific standards, maintaining necessary credentials.
- Meet state-specific educational requirements, including 12 Early Childhood Education units (experience with children may be required for Lead position).
This role requires an individual who can perform essential duties effectively, including physical activities such as walking, standing, and engaging with children.
