Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. This role involves working with advanced nuclear medicine technologies and providing exceptional patient care.

Job Details
  • Specialty: Nuclear Medicine
Job Requirements
  • Essential Skills: ARRT (NM) or NMTCB certification; 3-5 years of experience preferred. Proficiency in General Nuclear Medicine and PET is a must.
  • Flexibility to float between Nuclear Medicine and PET for both direct and indirect patient care, including patient reminder communications.
  • Expected to perform 10+ nuclear medicine procedures daily and 12-14 PET/CT scans.
  • Common Procedures: Whole Body Bone scans, Lung scans, Gastric emptying studies, Renal scans, HIDA scans, Thyroid uptake and scans, Datscan brain scans, Lymphoscintigraphy, Parathyroid scans, and FDG PET.
  • Equipment Used: Primarily GE and Siemens systems.
Schedule Information
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
  • On-Call Duties: Yes, including weekends
  • Expected Weekly Hours: 40
