About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Clinical Staff Leader in Behavioral Health. This is a night shift position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical patient care and ensure the quality of patient care delivery in a specific patient care area.
- Assist in ensuring the quality of patient care delivery and serve as a role model for professional nursing practice.
- Review appropriate staffing based on patient acuity and patient needs and assess nursing service needs relative to the needs of patients within the unit.
- Recommend corrective actions when appropriate and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Strong clinical skills and experience in behavioral health.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
