M&T Bank's Retail Data Analytics, Reporting, & Incentive team is responsible for a broad set of functions in support of the Retail Bank. This role offers an opportunity to work in a space that blends quantitative analytical technique with qualitative business problem solving to deliver value to the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce departmental reports and analyses to include project or product strategy analysis, performance reporting, workflow analysis, and financial analysis.
- Conduct analyses ranging from simple descriptive discovery to complex causal analytics & forecasting projects.
- Prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders, requiring clear communication of deliverables.
- Presentation skills are essential as you will package output of technical work in an easy-to-communicate story and present it to senior levels of Retail Bank leadership.

Program Details
