Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash, check, and chip transactions while maintaining the highest level of accuracy and security.
  • Balance multiple bank accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all casino cage transactions.
  • Process marker buy-backs and redeem foreign currency with accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Hold a valid Gaming Level license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior casino or cash handling experience is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
