As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the HICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements:
- Current Maryland Registered Nurse License
- American Heart Association BLS CPR certification
- 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
