Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Hamilton Point Property Management LLC.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rental Coordination: Generates and handles traffic, qualifies prospective residents, leases apartments, prepares lease documentation, and completes move-in paperwork and procedures.
  • Community Representation: Ensures model apartments are in touring condition, orients prospective and current residents to the property, and processes renewal paperwork.
  • Record Keeping: Maintains accurate and detailed records of traffic activity by entering applicable information into the computer.
  • Follow-up and Communication: Follows up with all prospective residents via phone, mail, or email and converts phone traffic into scheduled appointments with prospective residents.
  • Customer Service: Ensures excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, promotes a quality living experience for all residents, and resolves any issues that may arise.

  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve problems, make quick and effective decisions, and handle stressful situations.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to relate to others, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Organizational and Time-Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and email; ability to learn new software and systems quickly.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

  • Work Schedule: Must be able to work weekends, non-traditional holidays, and overtime as required.
  • Physical Demands: Standing, walking, sitting, climbing, reaching, using fingers, handling, talking, and hearing for extended periods of time.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
