Nurse Dialysis Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our dialysis team in New York. As a Dialysis Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis treatments.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of New York.
- Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
