We are seeking a highly skilled Nashville TN Territory Manager to join our team at Hallmark US Springboard.
About the JobThis role involves working independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establishing retailer relationships, and being the face of Hallmark. You will be responsible for servicing stores based on the scheduling tool provided and collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively promote Hallmark products and build relationships with retailers.
Key Responsibilities- Merchandise and create displays within your territory for a positive shopper experience.
- Service stores based on the scheduling tool provided and collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory levels.
- Support fellow team members with seasonal resets and installations when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory levels.
As a field organization, you may be asked to support additional work and installation efforts that require teamwork and collaboration.
