Key Responsibilities:

  • Use advanced respiratory therapy processes to assess and manage patients with complex respiratory conditions.">
  • Operate specialized ventilators and equipment in critical care environments.">
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.">
  • Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and disease management.">
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.">
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in respiratory care and adhere to regulatory requirements.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • RRT or CRT credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).">
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).">
  • Active RCP license issued by the state in which you practice.">
  • Associate degree from an accredited respiratory care program.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.">

Compensation and Benefits:
