Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide comprehensive speech and language services to students across various grade levels, from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Therapy and Intervention: Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans to address each student's unique needs.
  • Service Delivery: Provide direct therapy services and support at assigned school sites.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom and support overall student development.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress, therapy sessions, and outcomes.
  • IEP Participation: Participate in IEP meetings, contribute to the development of educational goals, and ensure compliance with individualized plans.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California or eligibility to obtain.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with K-12 students is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to work effectively with students, families, and educational staff.
