About the Opportunity
Trinity Christian College is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated individual to join our faculty as a tenure-track biologist. As a member of our academic community, you will have the opportunity to teach, conduct research, and contribute to the growth and development of our students.
Responsibilities
- Teach and develop curriculum for Anatomy and Physiology courses, as well as other courses that align with your area of expertise.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in your field.
- Participate in faculty governance and contribute to the development of academic programs.
- Engage in mentorship and advising of students, both in and out of the classroom.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in Biology or a related field (Ph.D. preferred, but other doctoral degrees considered).
- Experience in college-level teaching and scholarship.
- Ability to articulate the relationship between academic discipline and vocational preparation of students.
- Commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
