About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Director of Multifamily Programs, responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies for the Multifamily Programs Division.

As a key member of the Executive Management team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve divisional goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide training and support to teams on affordable housing initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including localities, developers, and funding partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in multifamily credit and/or lending, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of affordable housing policies, regulations, and market trends
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
