The Maintenance Supervisor position at Hertz Rent-A-Car requires a skilled and experienced individual who can provide effective leadership and administrative support to our maintenance functions. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing service maintenance on all vehicles within the Pool, managing the maintenance department employees, and ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff and other stakeholders. You must also be able to work flexibly, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as required, and have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
