Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Associate Personal Banker to join our team in the National Branch Network. As an Associate Personal Banker, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and providing financial solutions to help them achieve their goals.

• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers through proactive outreach and personalized financial solutions.
• Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications.
• Develop a deep understanding of bank products and services to connect with customers' needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work collaboratively with internal partners to provide comprehensive financial solutions to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales and service targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

• Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
• Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
• Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
• Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
• Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
• Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
• Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
