Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to comprehend their needs and preferences.
  • Promote properties through diverse channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
  • Provide clients with insights and advice on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Negotiate and facilitate the sale or acquisition of properties.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid real estate license or be currently enrolled in real estate education. If you are NOT LICENSED, consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and utilize the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
  • Previous experience in sales or real estate is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and other real estate software.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
