We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Auro Hotels. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience in our hotel's restaurant and bar.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Learn and remember guests' names and preferences to provide personalized service.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar and restaurant areas.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Be knowledgeable about our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilize suggestive selling techniques, and input orders into the POS system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipate guests' needs, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Manage bar inventory, measure drinks accurately, and maintain a profitable bar cost.
  • Present checks to guests, handle cash and credit transactions, and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
  • Adhere to all regulations concerning the handling, storage, and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Answer restaurant telephones and respond to guest inquiries.

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of experience in hotel or restaurant bartending preferred.
