Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive planning, directing, and coordinating activities to optimize efficiency and maximize profits.
  • Lead the Production Control, Scheduling, and Shipping team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage and coordinate activities between manufacturing, production control, quality, purchasing, and logistics to meet customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to communication at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
  • Drive Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to align business objectives with operational capabilities.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all purchasing, scheduling, movement, and inventory management within the ERP system.
  • Lead lean transformation initiatives to improve material flow and reduce waste in the plant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in supply chain management, with a minimum of 5 years in operations management or supervisory/management experience in an industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong financial and accounting skills.
  • Prior experience with the Lean manufacturing philosophy and tools.
