Key Responsibilities
1. Utilize strong listening skills to accurately interpret patient complaints and conduct thorough assessments.

3. Provide patient education and guidance to enhance continuity of care and minimize unnecessary emergency room visits.
4. Collect relevant data regarding patient history and symptoms to ensure safe and timely health-related decisions.
5. Manage medication refills in accordance with clinic protocols.
6. Engage in core functions that may involve direct patient interaction, maintaining patient records, or supporting research participants.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse license from the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners and hold current CPR or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization. A minimum of two years of experience in ambulatory clinical nursing or emergency care is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment are essential.
