The successful candidate will possess outstanding mechanical skills, with a strong ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment. You will be working with a variety of turf equipment, including gas and diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain turf equipment to manufacturer specifications.
  • Install necessary parts, check fluid levels, and test equipment to ensure proper operation.
  • Operate and test equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Safely and effectively use all service and repair tools, including hoists, welders, test equipment, pressure washers, compressors, and power tools.
  • Safely operate a forklift.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with our team to meet customer needs and provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Technical degree (2-year) or equivalent experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience and effectiveness in diagnosing problems with gas and diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and diagnostic software.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
