Job Summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in a night shift position. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress, including vital signs, lab results, and treatment plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan.
  • 3 years of experience in ICU or critical care nursing.
  • ACLS and BLS certification.
  • NIHSS certification.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in CVICU or other critical care units.
  • Travel nursing experience.
