We're seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team as a Territory Sales Lead. In this role, you'll be responsible for supervising and developing assigned associates to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations.

  • Supervise and develop the skills of Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
  • Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits.
  • Maintain accuracy and high quality of work in all areas of the store.
  • Communicate successes or potential barriers to the Market Sales Manager.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • A strong understanding of electronics/technical products.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certification.
